1.2 International Shipping:

• International shipping is available to selected countries. Customs duties and taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Shipping Charges

2.1 Domestic Orders:

• Free shipping on orders above  ₹ 399.
• For orders below this amount, a standard shipping fee of  ₹ 45 applies.

2.2 International Orders:

• Shipping charges vary based on destination and order weight. Fees will be calculated at checkout.

3. Delivery Time

3.1 Processing Time:

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3.2 Delivery Time:

• Domestic orders: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• International orders: 10–20 business days depending on the destination.

Note: Please be aware that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, holidays, or courier delays.

4. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time.

5. Delivery Policy

• All orders require a valid delivery address.
• If no one is available at the address to receive the package, the courier service will attempt redelivery or contact you.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

• If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at info@bubblez.co.in within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
• We will work with the courier service to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
